Are you an owl, peacock, lion or koala? At today’s personality matrix, LEAD students assemble themselves based on their personality type, and pose like their team animals! Once they’re teamed up with other students who share their personality type, they’re tasked with coming up with a solution to various societal issues under a strict time limit, and later present amongst their peers to better understand how each personality tackles a difficult challenge.
